WHAT WE HELP WITH

WE UNDERSTAND THE JOB

Every call is different, but the weight adds up. We know what it means to run toward danger, hold it together in a crisis, and then go home as if nothing happened. Here, you don’t have to explain the culture — we already understand it.

Graphic with icons and text about stress and trauma. Icons include a warning sign for critical incident stress, a PTSD and trauma reactions symbol, a heart for burnout and compassion fatigue, a clock for shift work fatigue or sleep problems, a shield for peer or department stress, and a person icon for family and relationship strain.

INSURANCE & RATES

  • We’re in-network with multiple plans and can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits-if needed.

We’ll help you verify coverage and keep documentation private.

  • For clients who prefer not to use insurance, or whose plans do not cover our services, we offer a self-pay sliding scale designed to make care more accessible.
Rates are based on the type of service, session length, and household income, with options adjusted to meet individual financial circumstances. We believe cost should never be the barrier to starting care — please contact us to discuss available options.

  • In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate before services begin. This document outlines your expected costs for the year with no hidden fees or surprise charges

  • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is due at the time of each session.

CONFIDENTIALITY—FAQ
